Ukraine | The danger of military conflict rises in Eastern Ukraine and Crimea

There is more and more information in the Russian and Ukrainian media that Kiev regime is preparing armed provocations.

Tensions between Russia and Ukraine have risen sharply following the Nov. 25 seizure of two Ukrainian gunboats and a tug and the detention of 24 Ukrainian sailors by vessels of the Russian Border Guard. The attempt was unsuccessful, so the Ukrainian ships turned around and set sail for neutral waters. The ships of the Russian border service began to pursue them for the purpose of detention.

Ukraine | Ukrainian president proposes martial law after new tensions with Russia

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko early Monday proposed parliament impose martial law in the country, while saying “Ukraine does not plan to fight anyone” over tensions with Russia in the Sea of Azov.

At an emergency meeting of the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council (NSDC), Poroshenko said that the introduction of the 60-day martial law does not mean that Ukraine will carry out any offensive actions.
