Russia says it won’t broadcast Eurovision Song Contest over singer’s Ukraine ban

Russia’s Channel One says it will not broadcast the Eurovision Song Contest after this year’s host Ukraine banned its entrant from entering the country.

Ukraine’s security services has barred singer Julia Samoylova because she “illegally” entered the Crimea to perform at a concert in 2015.

New 3-D Printing Method Creates Shape-Shifting Objects

A team of researchers from Georgia Institute of Technology and two other institutions has developed a new 3-D printing method to create objects that can permanently transform into a range of different shapes in response to heat.

The team, which included researchers from the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) and Xi’an Jiaotong University in China, created the objects by printing layers of shape memory polymers with each layer designed to respond differently when exposed to heat.

Serbian government actively blocks the unity of the protests

Current mass protests throughout the Republic of Serbia are the culmination of years of dissatisfaction of the population with the systematic devastation of the welfare state, privatization of public enterprises and the persistent insistence of political and economic elites on the introduction of so-called austerity measures. The trigger for the protests was the outcome of the recent presidential elections which were won by the current Prime Minister Aleksandar Vučić.
