UK | Pressure on Cameron as poll suggests voters edging towards Brexit

A new poll has suggested more Britons favour leaving the EU over staying in, with 45% supporting “Brexit” compared with 36% against, while a fifth remain undecided.

The YouGov poll for the Times was carried out in the two days after publication of an outline deal that David Cameron negotiated which could change the UK’s relationship with Brussels while keeping it within the European Union.

Oil price exceeds $35 and the government hopes it rises more

Algeria’s Treasury Thursday was relaxed as oil price went up to more than $35 per barrel. That means an increase of 30 percent compared to prices reported in January. According to specialists, producing countries including Algeria “pray” to see the price increasing.

Moldovan trade unions demand 35-per cent increase in salaries

The National Trade Unions Confederation of Moldova (CSRM) asked the government to increase the salaries by 35 per cent, given the rise in prices.

CSRM head Petru Chiriac has told MOLDPRES that the trade unions also demanded establishing a new minimum salary, which was to be at the level of the subsistence minimum, “in order not to allow further impoverishment of the residents.”
